In Australian Aboriginal society, Walkabout is a rite of passage during which males undergo a journey during adolescence, typically ages 10 to 16, and live in the wilderness for a period as long as six months to make the spiritual and traditional transition into manhood.

We are proud of the products we make. We believe in quality products. However we will not be totally happy until you are.
We offer a full refund or exchange (excluding postage costs)if you are not entirely satisfied with your product. But we do have a few rules:
1. Order cancellations must be made in writing by email to jollywagtails@optusnet.com.auor by calling 0416 027 949 within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
2. Please return the product unused and re-packaged.
3. You must ask for a proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
4. Postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty. Let us know why you are returning your products (it helps us make things better).
