How long does it take to make my order:

We custom make many of our items to order to your dogs measurements for the perfect fit:

Collars/leashes 3-5 business days.

Coats 8 business days. 

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, it might take a little longer.  We will let you know if this is the case.

If you need your order urgently, we are usually happy to oblige.

AUSTRALIA WIDE - Flat Rate

Parcel Post with Tracking Advice:  $9.00 (3-5 days to arrive, depending on location.)

Express Post $12.00 (1-3 days to arrive, depending on location.)

Registered Post $12.00 (3-5 days to arrive, depending on location.)

Orders over $200 receive free Express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES - Flat Rate

Parcel Post with Tracking Advice

Varies according to zone and is calculated at checkout.  

I will add all zone rates here shortly, otherwise calculated at checkout.

In Australian dollars:

 

New Zealand - Zone 1 - $15.00 AU - 1 week. COVID19: May be a few days longer.

USA - Zone 4 - $26.00  - 6-12 days depending on where in USA.  COVID19: May be a few days longer.

Please ask for quote for other destinations.

Can you make a collar to a particular width and length to custom fit my dog?

Yes we can!  We make everything in our Melbourne studio. 

Please provide us with neck circumference at the widest part of the neck when ordering. 

What is your returns policy?
 

We are very proud of the products we make. However we will not be totally happy until you are.

 

We offer a full refund or exchange (excluding package + postage costs) if you are not entirely satisfied with your product. But we do have a few rules:

 

  1. Order cancellations must be made in writing by email (above)  or by calling (International code: +61) 0416 027 949 within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

  2. Please return the product unused and re-package.

  3. You must ask for a proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

  4. Postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
